We hired Chris to replace windows, fix a leak, and build a wall. It pains me to write a negative review about a small business, but I feel obligated to advise others who are considering hiring Chris. I would have gone with a one star review, but Chris had a knowledgeable, professional team of workers. In this case though, it's tough for the team to make up for the leader's inadequate communication abilities. Company filed for chapter 11. Lied about permits and use of our funds. Actually, the funds were retirement funds from the in-laws to bulit and ADU so they can move with us. Update: Looks like we are going to be out >$60k Chris is a compulsive lier. Unfortunately, we trusted him based on a prior job. If it wasn't for the chapter 11 protection he would be in jail for embezzlement.
Chris and his team were prompt and efficient in the work they completed for us. We had a foundation crack filled and replaced damaged siding. The job was completed in the timeframe discussed. Chris and his team were kind and knowledgeable! We will definitely use them again - as our first experience with contractors I hope we didn’t just “get lucky” with Chris. Highly recommend
