This is not a nice place to live. Since living here we’ve had leaks from upstairs in our kitchen, dining room, closets, and bathroom. The leaks in closet ruined personal items and they do nothing about it. You also have to pay a renters insurance that does not cover leaks. There are problems throughout the complex. Such as the mailbox is broken and pointing out. The dumpsters are constantly over flowed. Neighbors are loud and you can hear through the walls. There are also spiders throughout the apt. RecommendedMe and my wife have been living here in student living for 1 year and half. The apartments are very nice and comfortable to live. For it to be student living it's not wild like come College apartments are in Fresno. I recommend that if you are looking for a nice place to live and to continue your college career university place apartments is the place to live. The staff here is very respectful also and is there for you when you need them.

RecommendedThe complex is very clean, the service is amazing. The appartments are wide, clean and has lots of light entering the rooms. Very calm neighborhood, very close to the turnpike, and is on 88th street next to a library and a park as well. Convenient and greatly serviced by the staff. Great job guys.
RecommendedEs un lugar muy limpio y seguro y ahora que tenemos a Viviana de manager estamos mejor que nunca. Ella si escucha con respeto y atiende muy pronto las necesidades de los inquilinos. Despues de casi 1 año pidiendo que arreglen el mail box, por fin Viviana se ocupó de hacerlo casi de inmediato. Además veo mejoras que no se hacían hace mucho.
RecommendedLo recomiendo por que son apartamentos espaciosos,con lugar para almacenamiento,y por su excelente servicio por parte del personal de Administración Alba y Alejandra.Y el personal de Mantenimiento en Especial a la cordial atención de Leyma. Gracias

Recommendedestoy muy contenta porque me reencontré de nuevo con vivíana que la conozco desde otra de las comunidades de United Property Management donde siempre estaba atenta a todas las necesidades y actualmente esta haciendo un excelente trabajo, organizado la comunidad en cherry grove village, hace poco mi hija perdió su patineta e inmediatamente me ayudo a encontrarla con su equipo de trabajo, son buenos en lo que hacen, noto que hay mejor seguridad ,orden y se preocupan del residente.
There’s almost no management support for this residence. apartments are dirty full of pest like cockroaches and if you have a problem with the neighbors and call they never know anything about anything and directly said they can’t help you. It’s basically a jungle. I wouldn’t rent again in this residence if it were the only thing available in Miami
