I highly recommend Pacific Collision in Cathedral City. I was very impressed with the customer service this shop gave me from start to finish. Keith McKay, the service manager kept me up to date with the repairs and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. The quality of work done was exceptional!

Very good communication, both in the shop office and via telephone and email. I was kept well informed as to progress and projected completion dates, which was significantly quicker than I had anticipated. I've had the car back for three days at this point, and everything appears to be very well done. If it stays so after time, it will have been a great experience. I have no problem recommending Pacific Collision to anyone.
Absolutely the best service ever. Augustine is excellent, customer service is outstanding.
I highly recommend Pacific Collision Cathedral City for any auto body work. Everything was seamless; from estimate ( which was spot on ), the rental car arrangement, customer service, to the final repair. The repair work itself was perfect. I was especially happy with the customer service (reception: Somer) and the regular status calls I got from Keith McKay the service manager. If you ever need body work you won't go wrong with Pacific Collision.
