Pacific Coffee Research is a Specialty Coffee Association Premier Training Campus, quality analysis lab, roastery, and Hawai'i coffee education center in North Kona on the Big Island of Hawai'i. We offer specialty coffee classes and workshops for people at all levels of experience from home coffee enthusiast to seasoned professionals. PCR also provides post-harvest support to our local coffee producers as well as wholesale support to retail cafe and restaurant spaces.
