Terry is an expert in an industry filled with frauds, liars and incompetents. His experience and skills enabled him to pinpoint an issue it took 5 months for less capable (incapable?) technicians to solve. Not only did he fix the problem, he walked me through what he did, why and preventive steps to take for the entire spa going forward. Terry is an amazing resource... highly recommended!
