I've ordered from here quite a few times. The product is top notch. The service has always been a little lazy/apathetic on the phone. Called in today to ask about some colors and I only had the 3M reference numbers. Asked if we could match something close in Oracal and Anthont very rudely told me "well we don't pick colors for people." Thanks a lot for the attitude. Going to try to find another Oracal vendor and if I can't find one guess I'll just brace myself for rude sales people whenever I call here. Disappointing.

I'm pretty disappointed in these guys. I have been loyal customer for over 10 years. Spent thousands of dollars there bought my first plotter and printer there. I asked if I could buy one of there new kpmf swatch books only to have them tell me that I need to open an account or it would be $85 to purchase it. So I literally looked it up on the internet and found it for 19.99 on us cutter and ordered one. Pretty sad. I will still use them for certain supplies but I will be ordering all my wrap films somewhere else.
