I'm pretty disappointed in these guys. I have been loyal customer for over 10 years. Spent thousands of dollars there bought my first plotter and printer there. I asked if I could buy one of there new kpmf swatch books only to have them tell me that I need to open an account or it would be $85 to purchase it. So I literally looked it up on the internet and found it for 19.99 on us cutter and ordered one. Pretty sad. I will still use them for certain supplies but I will be ordering all my wrap films somewhere else.
