As bad as it could possibly be. Bought a brand new Class A motorhome. The windshield was cracked, and several other issues. We listed all the issues and were assured they would be promptly taken care of. The service manager hit the side of the coach with a forklift after we signed. We were also told it would be taken care of. It's been a year and a half and they have done nothing. Meanwhile other issues have popped up- but we cannot get in for service.
