These people rented out a home that was very moldy I know a tenant that rented one of there properties and is currently suing for a case when the walls were full of mold and these people didn’t tell them m.. the he landlord knew as well and the tenant had lung issues pls don’t rent form these people they are bad people…
Working with Rob was an amazingly stress-free experience, and he got us a great deal on our new home. He negotiated to have the previous tenants leave their appliances, as well as cover closing costs, which has really helped my wife and I get off on the right foot!
Rob was super friendly and professional. We are first time homebuyers and he really helped us understand the process and made sure that we never felt pressured and that we ended up in the right house. We can not say enough wonderful things about Rob Vollmer/Pacific Coast Realty and the excellent experience we had finding a home in the San Diego area with him as our realtor. Even in this crazy market and our limited time frame to find a home due to a job relocation, Rob helped us secure the house we wanted during our 5 day visit with ease and made the process enjoyable. We were lucky to find Rob as our realtor. We were referred to him by my coworker. We are second time homebuyers. Our first time being in Wisconsin, and the process in California was different and Rob did a good job of making sure we knew what was going on throughout the entire process.
