Here is to live the worst time at your life with the very poor maintenance, sewer very old and with the risk the toilet could cause very tough time, lack of maintenance at all the senses in all the apartments or houses they rent. Adding also the bad administration and the staff does not care anything about the issues you could have. So totally not recommended for your wellbeing and saving you through a very horrible time
Also zero stars. Avoid at all cost, it's not worth it. This is a slum lord style property management firm and the worst I have ever endured. I stayed in apartment, and had so many issues that did not end with move out. 1st, the most tormenting was their utter disregard for enforcing tenant quiet hours. if i could give zero stars i would. this company sucks. hands down the worst experience with a company that i have ever had. my problem starts after i moved out. Johnathan told me that my deposit would be mailed back to me within 21 days, after 28 days I called and inquired about my deposit and all he could tell me was the wasn't sure where it was and to keep checking the mail. that obviously wasn't good enough so he directed me to Katie who is hands down the rudest person i’ve ever met for absolutely no reason. after a plet... read more
