Great company! Communication & responsiveness is great. Professional and friendly staff. The President of the management company is very involved as well as the rest of the team/office staff to make sure they meet your needs. Would highly recommend!
Tristren Myers is a very lousy and lazy person. He also go by Cruz. We wanted to see a unit and we contacted pacific coast management. this guy answers the phone has a huge attitude like he is gonna give me a job ; not an apartment. The first day he changed the appointment and never called us back. then he did not show up to his showing. This is very unprofessional. you guys have only one job; to show a place to customers and you fail on it? Do not be in this industry if you can not do your job right.
