We got bait and switched. We first called to have a thermostat mounted on the wall and hooked up. Original quote of $89 and they would come in a week. Day comes by, and the tech calls to confirm that we would be paying $400 for the service?! That the original fee was a "dispatch" fee. Mind you this is to just hook up a new thermostat, he hadn't even come to look at the issue yet and quadrupled the original price.

I am a member w/PCH Services on the plumbing side but had an HVAC issue because our dryer wasn’t completely drying. Years ago the dryer vent was clogged up so I suspected it was clogged with lint & who knows what again. Luis & Junior did a terrific job! After blowing out what the could from the inside from the dryer vent, something was still blocking the vent.
