Very disappointing experience with Volvo. I expected much better quality, reliability, and customer service, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The issues were frustrating, and the support I received did not meet my expectations. Overall, I am not happy with my experience and would think twice before choosing Volvo again
HORRIBLE FRONT STAFF! FULL OFF ATTITUDE even though you buy brand new truck from them and pay extra $20000 for warranties, these people will still charge you and will create some excuse of why the work is not covered under warranty. whatever you do don't buy Volvo, their service is gone downhill big time, its all about sales and 0 about service and staff is extremely rude, basically tell you off at your face.
Very disappointing customer service. The staff had a very rude attitude both over the phone and at the front desk. They were unprofessional and did not treat customers with respect. I expected much better service and would not recommend this place based on my experience.
