Just had a Root Canal done in this nice office really enjoyed the fun times with the girls that work in this office, Natalie Eidelstein did a wonderful job!!!
I had a truly exceptional experience at Pacific Endodontist. The dentist and all of the assistants are amazing! Their skill and care were evident throughout my visit. I really dislike writing a poor review, especially because Dr. Eidelstein was very kind to me but this review is about the bill, not the service itself. When I initially called to make the appointment, nothing about cost was discussed. Right off the bat, that is bad business practice. Patients, or potential patients, should be told BEFORE an appointment is made how much it will be. Not the case here. We thank Dr. Cummings and staff at Pacific Coast Endodontics for being professionals at the highest level. My daughter and I first visited Dr. Cummings after a recommendation from our dentist. Our dentist is also an excellent doctor and recommended Dr. Cummings as the best root canal specialist he knew. I hate giving bad reviews but i had to Came to do my root canal they told me it was around 1,600 but the day of procedure they charged me 2,300 and that was with insurance so expensive never coming back here again I'm trying to ask for explanation of the bill have not got it yet horrible service
