Dr. Edelstein is probably one of the best at what she does. She was fantastic.
The experience of my root canal was pleasant, but things fell apart when the bill came. They underestimated my out of pocket costs by nearly 20% and when I wanted to understand how they could be so far off, Nicole in billing had no empathy for why I’d be concerned at such a large discrepancy.
