Abram was very kind, easy to work with and patient with all of our questions and concerns.
Painful experience where you really have to stay on top of them - continual fallow-up and thorough review of quality. They were professional to work with but missed every estimated timeline with errors along the way. The 6-8 week process to get to design submission to the city was about 3-4 months on their end, then 2 months contracting out to engineering, then title 24 (not accounted for in estimate), then 2 months with the city, submission mistakes, and then revisions took 1 month.
