Nice guys. They came and did some warranty work through a warranty company. However, they weren't able to fix the problem. They came out a few times. It took them a couple weeks in between service visits and they were basically replacing things in the complete opposite direction of what the issue was from. Knoll was so professional and efficient. He helped us diagnose and understand what a full replacement or repair would look like. Worked clean and made it seem like he was never there. Made for an enjoyable summer!
I had the unfortunate experience of being assigned to this contractor by my home warranty. They are smooth talkers who took a single woman who knew nothing about HVAC right to the bank! They convinced me that my entire furnace and AC needed to be replaced, when it was only a condenser that was having an issue. This company is a bunch of liars. Don't use them! They accused my tenants of making a drug deal in front of them. Which was total BS. I have camera's at my rental property ao I saw exactly what happened. My tenant gave her boyfriend money to go to the store, and this company said they were performing a transaction in front of them so they couldn't/wouldn't perform the job they were contracted to do!
