Nice guys. They came and did some warranty work through a warranty company. However, they weren't able to fix the problem. They came out a few times. It took them a couple weeks in between service visits and they were basically replacing things in the complete opposite direction of what the issue was from. I generally don't leave negative reviews, but they keep sending me requests for feedback. Call the warranty company. Explain the situation they sent on point AC company. They fixed it in one service. I had the unfortunate experience of being assigned to this contractor by my home warranty. They are smooth talkers who took a single woman who knew nothing about HVAC right to the bank! They convinced me that my entire furnace and AC needed to be replaced, when it was only a condenser that was having an issue.
