Unlike many of the reviews here, my experience was definitely more of a 3 star type of situation. I’ve been in twice, the staff are just okay, not super friendly and frankly the vet made me feel rushed. They also put a $180 charge on my bill for a procedure that wasn’t done- I would have been charged had I not checked the receipt. They are working on getting me the refund currently. Excellent service from both Dr. Meyer and her staff. Dr. Meyer has always been a very kind person, and she also speaks another language, Spanish. This is very important to me because I no longer need a translator. Sometimes, with other doctors, I couldn't understand what they were telling me because sometimes it's medical terminology, and the translators couldn't explain it to me. Thank you, Dr. Meyer, for also caring about our Latino community.
Had to find an urgent care vet in Redondo when we were visiting and my dog broke a tooth. Dr. Switaj was kind, competent and clear with his assessment and treatment plan and the practice was able to accommodate our travel timeline. We will make this our vet in Redondo Beach when we are here in the summers.
