Nice lady but horrible service I've used this company for both alterations and dry cleaning. The lady behind the counter is very sweet and very nice but when ever I go to pick something up on the date I'm told the item is lost or not finished. I once brought in a couple pairs of work pants to be hemmed and whenever I went to pick them up she had a different reason for me why they were not ready. After about 6 months of trying to get my pants back I just took it as a loss. She is a very nice person but not reliable.
