Little known trick of the trade in the restaurant industry is to befriend a fisherman, and below is why. Prawns!!!! In the US!!! In Buffalo!!! I felt like I struck gold when I came across Pacific Cloud Seafood at Bidwell market. I have bought a couple of things from them since and each has been amazing. Their mission is so important and I feel exceptionally lucky to have their business here in Buffalo. Here’s to having more reasons to make Paella, thank you guys!

Amazing seafood! Huge selection of Alaskan and New England fresh caught fish, scallops and crab. So nice to buy from a fisherman who knows his product, is locally available and has a amazing selection.
If I need scallops, or salmon or whatever, really…I call Pacific Cloud. I know the owner is a fisherman himself, so I know the quality of the fish I’m getting is going to be above and beyond the quality I would be getting at a supermarket.
I ordered day boat scallops for Valentine's Day, and wow they were delicious! Not a hint of fishiness, great sizes and so buttery! Would order again (:
