SPECIALLY GRACE - she will make you feel worthless. She doesn’t address the concerns that are important. Honestly lack of communication and understanding. She’s in the wrong field if she believes she’s helping anyone…
Grandson was scheduled to be seen on 11/5/25 at 3pm this was my first time taking him myself. An hour goes by and I go up to tell staff that we had been waiting an hour and all four of them just looked at each other but never said there had been a problem. Mind you four girls at front and no one took the time to check if there had been any issues.Needless to say we left without being seen with a very frustrated 10 yea old. Horrible service. Unfortunately we have to return , I hope next visit they are more attentive.
