This place help me become my own payee long time ago!
The office staff does not follow through as promised I have been calling for about 6 weeks for a family member to be scheduled for an intake following up regularly and being told we would be called back in 3-5 days then after the latest follow up and being told someone would call back they left a message that they are full till the end of the calendar year and referred us to another clinic. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Will be following up with upper management as this is unacceptable.
I don't like the therapists provided for my son he has had two and both are not that good. My son is under 18 years old
