I definitely should’ve looked at the reviews before carelessly accepting a “free” air purifier that I “won”. First of all, my appointment was at 1:30 and the person who was supposed to do bring me my “free” air purifier arrived at 2:30. An hour late. Second of all, when my partner stated we were not going to buy anything before any service started, the person got mad and just walked away. Darnell was an ultimate professional. He did a great job showing us the Hyla system, was very knowledgeable, kind, and not pushy at all. We highly considered buying the system but ultimately couldn't at this time of our life. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants an all natural, chemical free, all-in-one home cleaning and air purifing unit.
