Underwhelming and fails to compare favorably against the stated goals they appear to set for themselves. Of about 25 title companies I've observed and worked with, I would put Pacific City in the bottom 20%. It's a specialty shop that's set up to churn out paperwork, not actually be a client-facing title company. We did ~8-9 refinance transactions with Pacific City, as it is one of the referred title companies of our mortgage broker. I’m very perturbed that I just refinanced my home. Part of the refi was to pay off my car. Instead of paying Wells Fargo directly, I was issued a check made out to WellsFargo. I now have to make an unnecessary trip to WF to give them the check that the escrow company could have mailed directly to WF. If I’m charged additional interest on the car loan Pacific will need to cover that. Poor service, to include a threatening notice about what I needed to do. I do not recommend them.

I have absolutely NO complaints regarding the service Pacific City Escrow provides. They are professional, quick to respond when emailed with questions, and process documents immediately. You feel like you're their only client instead of one of many clients.
