We had a wonderful experience, they are extremely knowledgeable and made choosing a fan very easy. We are usually slow to decide but this took us about 15 min since they had all the answers to our questions and all the fans on display to see and hear and feel. highly recommend going here for your ceiling fan.
Order a fan receiver for $150.00 and then sell me the wrong one, and now don't want a return or to give me a full refund, email them 3 times already, bad, bad, bad customer service.
