This is, by far, the most smooth and relaxed surgery I’ve ever had. The staff were all so supportive, kind, caring and thorough as well as highly skilled and insightful in all aspects of the medical need. The surgery was quick and painless. Calm, competent, caring, professional, efficient. As a retired OR RN and manager that participated in cataract and other eye procedures for years, I highly recommend this staff and facility.
Just felt listened to and cared about. None of the pre or post surgery visits felt rushed. Got to express all my concerns and ask any and all questions I had. Really felt they were invested in achieving the best possible results. Following all post op instructions led to a very good result for me.
