After day 2 of being a driver to a patient I believe that waiting 2 hours after your scheduled appointment for a 10 minute procedure is unacceptable. For some This procedure can cause major anxiety and to have to wait in a waiting room that long is unkind. This appointment was made first thing in the morning to avoid anxiety and to wait so long isn’t right. Please work on your time management or at least be more clear on what to expect

I’m so sorry for the inconvenience, even though the procedure is 10 minutes we also advice our patient they will be in our office for up to two hours the day of the procedure. I’m sorry if this wasn’t relayed to you in a clear manner.
RecommendedThe staff is very personable, I was educated all the way through the procedure, and Dr. Gordon was wonderful. it really was a very simple process. I had cataracts removed from both eyes a week apart. I had very good care.
