I would give zero stars if I could. This dealership has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They never return phone calls, and when they do finally answer, they just give you the runaround with no real answers. I told them multiple times that we were from far away and were trying to handle as much as possible over the phone before making the trip, but that didn’t seem to matter. I had a great experience buying a truck from Pacific Cars & Trucks. Andrew, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He's knowledgeable, kind, and a certified car guy! He's got a passion for the vehicles he stocks, and I was truly impressed by the quality of offerings available on his lot. I was searching all over Oregon for a good deal, and was so pleased to find one here in Eugene. I cannot more highly recommend reaching out to them.
