Substantial money damages were awarded on 07/03/2013 to Pacific Carpet Cleaning. Every allegation was proven in court to be false and proven that No damages were done.
I recommend them to all reading this. I recommend them to all reading this. They took my appointment with great care offering me a ball park estimate over the phone of what the job would cost. The job cost was within $12.00 of her estimate. Pacific Carpet Cleaning tech did a wonderful job. My rugs looked brand new after he finished. I appreciated him answering all of my questions before he started the job.

Quicky review. Quicky review...main points...is Pacific the most expensive? No, but it's not cheap either. Here's the thing...you get what you pay for. Do you feel comfortable having the workers in your house? From my two experiences, first with Adrian a number of years ago, and now with Alex, my answer - a resounding YES. Do I recommend??? OF COURSE!! You may even have time to get them out for Easter
Pacific Carpet Cleaning will do our next job!. The technician was nice in appearance, very courteous, knowledgeable and VERY professional. Adrian & Tony knew a lot about the carpet cleaning business. He was very prompt and I thanked him as that is very important when you are in the service business. He took his time and did not try to rush the job.

Quality personalized service. Jeff, the Owner Pacific was a very pleasant and knowledgeable individual. We discussed my needs and desires and came up with a game plan for handling nearly1000sf of tile/grout cleaning. The end result was great looking floors. I had bought the home new in Nov 2008 and never had the tile/grout cleaned or sealed. I knew not everything would come out, but to my satisfaction it was a HUGE difference. Good morning. I want to tell you how wonderful our carpet looks and smells after having it cleaned by your company yesterday. Your man did a great job and was in and out of here in an hour or so.
