One-Sided, Hypocritical Water Policy That Protects Management While They Waste Water I am writing this review to warn others about the unfair and outdated water policies imposed by the property management company at El Dorado Village (and their other properties). They force every tenant to sign a Water Use Addendum that references a 10+ year-old drought emergency from Governor Jerry Brown in 2014-2015. Do not rent from this group and their properties …..issues are not fixed at the properties / apartment complex that they rent. do not invest with this group. They have people that don’t care about anything. That means they don’t care about you and your investments beware and stay far away from this group.
Last year my apartment changed property managers to pacific capital management. And it has been 10x better than before. Olga, our property manager has been very communicative and responsive about anything going on or any issues/questions I have.
I strongly advise against doing business with this property management company. Throughout my time at Avondale Apartments they manage, it became clear they had no regard for my needs or safety. I faced numerous issues with the property manager Tony, and reaching anyone at Pacific Capital was a constant struggle. My calls were rarely returned, and when I did get a response from Becky, it was unhelpful.
