This company was out several times to repair the heater. They convinced the apt mgr to replace the unit. It recently started making high pitched air bubble sounds and there was an odor in the vents when it makes the funny noises. There one technician is unreliable and irresponsible. For the last visit, he claims we didn't confirm the appt. No show. This isn't the first time this happens. One other time the van was stolen another time the partner technician couldn't make it.
