Be careful, you can apply to rent one of the apartments and no one will ever give you an answer, even though you paid a lot for it. We tried for five days to get this answer, we sent messages to the manager, we sent email, try call many times and she never answered us.
Can’t say enough good things about this apartment complex and the management Staff that we dealt with. After searching through a lot of rentals for our son who was stationed in San Diego we came across this one and so glad we did. As a parent 2600 miles away felt completely safe with him being there, the grounds are beautifully kept, very very nice gym, and Bev and Charlotte the apartment management were absolutely AMAZING!!! Nice overlooking the basilos lagoon
Do not move in here. It’s under new management and has gone down hill. They blame and charge the tenants for issues that go wrong in this old building. They charge $40 for trash a month as well as extra for water with high rent increases. I’ve had my rights violated by the property manager, property stolen from my bedroom, exposed to asbestos and mold, harassed by the property manager, lied too, lied about, and dealt with defamation of character to name a few.
