I ordered 4 brake assemblies from these guys online. When the parts finally arrived they were packed like garbage and were damaged. I've called several times only to get some kid who always says he's giving it to his manager and i will get a call back, well I'm still waiting for that call back after several calls to them. I don't think they'll ever call back, so the next step is to call the credit card company and dispute the charge and have the funds pulled back from them. I ordered parts Sat. 3/19/11. I paid for expedited shipping since I was in a hurry. And since it was only about 400 miles away it shouldn't take long. Having not heard from them I called on Tuesday the 22nd. I was told that all parts were in stock and would be shipped that afternoon. Still no from them on Thursday I emailed and requested info on my order. On Friday noon I called again. They had no explanation on why my order keeps getting overlooked. This was about a year ago or so. Ordered disc brake kit from somebody in the office at 8:30 AM. I was told they would be ready for pick up by 2:00PM the same day. When I showed up, it was not ready. However, Ernie was called in during his break to pull the order and did so in a timely manner. Even helped me load it in my truck. Friendly and helpful! I had an issue with the wiring on my husbands trailer and decided to take it to them to fix. They fixed it on the spot and got me back on the road. Would highly recommend.
