Took my family out for a nice hibachi dinner for my wife's birthday. Could not have been more disappointed. the waitress only rang up portions for 4 when we had five. this wasn't noticed until after the chef started cooking. which means we were shorted food on half our dinner. The food we did get was overcooked and the vegetables were severely burned. This was my first time going to Pacific as we normally go to another hibachi in Pewaukee. I was very disappointed when we went last night for my son's birthday. The menu was okay but the food was not good at all. I use to leave there full with left overs. I finished what was on my plate and nothing to take home. The rice had over cooked eggs and no flavor. My lobster was the only thing that was good. When you spend $40 for a meal you expect it to be good. I didn't even eat my chicken. It was over cooked, dry and no flavor. The chef was disappointing. He wasn't very interactive with us.
