I would not recommend this business! I had Pacific Balustrades come out to our home initially in Nov 2020. After that there was chasing up trying to get them back to complete. Pacific Balustrades were booked in several times to attend and they either cancelled or just didn't show up. Months of months of chasing and sending emails. Monday, 18 October 2021 8:25 AM I get an email saying they wont be able to attend until after Christmas. It is now 28/04/2022 and I have sent 9 emails since Christmas and have been totally ghosted.
