Fabulous Cruise for my Birthday I celebrated my birthday on one of Pacific Avalon's yachts and couldn't have asked for a more perfect evening!! The staff was courteous and attentive, the food was amazing and the drinks were fabulous (we had an open bar). My friends and I danced, drank, ate and danced some more. It was such an amazing evening, I would definitely do it again! I highly recommend them.
PAYC sucks HORRIBLE customer service. They did NOT live up to the reputation that they try to portray. The staff on the boat was great but the rest of the staff was RUDE to me, they did not return phone calls or emails. Jared basically told me that I was a liar when in fact they were the ones that dropped the ball. My wedding was fantastic but I will always have a bad taste in my mouth for PAYC.
Love Them!! The food was amazing! The staff was so kind! The yacht was perfect! The price is the best out there! I love Pacific Avalon! I can't wait to have antoher event with them!
Any night on the water is fine with me I filmed Thintervention on Royal Princess, booked Majestic for Colton's high school graduation party,the kids are still calling me the coolest mom. had 2 beauty cruises on Ambassador, my personal favorite,went to Rebecca Voss and Laura Mcdermot's bday parties and 2 single cruises I love yachting and Duffy boats and gondola's anything on the water works for me. My Yacht Wedding I was referred to Pacific Avalon by a friend to check it out for my wedding and I'm so happy I did!! My wedding day was already special, but they made it even more special. It was so amazing to get married on a yacht in Newport Harbor, especially at sunset! The service, food & drinks were all wonderful. I still thank my friend for referring me to Pacific Avalon:-)!
Top Notch My wife and I were awed by how beautiful our wedding was on the yacht. At first I was skeptical because I thought it would cost too much. We ended up spending only the same amount that we were going to use at an old church and catering at a rental hall. Definitely check this out. Our representative was Terry - awesome guy to work with.
Paid deposit of $2000 for July wedding. Then, Covid-19 hit. No word from the company about how they were going to handle the situation (refund vs credit.) Crickets! We sent an email to her after that, cc'ing the gentleman contact from the company whom we had initially made contact with for pricing and first appointment. No response.
