Paid deposit of $2000 for July wedding. Then, Covid-19 hit. No word from the company about how they were going to handle the situation (refund vs credit.) Crickets! This was our annual client yacht cruise. We have been doing this cruise for about 5 years. Our clients love it and look forward to it each year. The yacht is beautiful (The Ambassador), the staff is professional and friendly to everyone. I highly recommend Pacific Avalon for your function. You will not be disappointed.
