Pacific Automotive is an excellent place to have your car serviced. As a senior citizen, I was treated with the upmost respect. They explained everything they had to do to my car and took their time answering my questions. It was such a relief to have such patience and kindness shown to a senior citizen. After they worked on my car, I am very pleased with the performance of my car.
The customer service is always amazing. They always go above and beyond to assist in whatever the issue is. They are super transparent in their communications. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Was a bit apprehensive taking my old car to a new place for a problem with my air conditioner. But they were very professional, they diagnosed and repaired the problem with ease. The staff is top notch! Would highly recommend them, they are worth the drive to get to them!
