My daughter is attending UCSD and we live in Santa Monica. I had an exhaust leak and issues with the smog pump on my car and brought it to Pacific Automotive. They wound up basically building me an emissions system from scratch which was no easy task because my car is 30 years old. They were very communicative and clear about what they were doing and they worked with me to keep the price down. Ive had them do work on my vehicle before and I have referred several people. Pacific Automotive has earned me as a loyal customer.
Came in for an oil change and tire rotation and had a good, normal experience. After my visit I noticed a hubcap was missing, and while it was hard to know exactly what happened, I brought it up with the shop. After talking with the owner, he was understanding and refunded me the cost of a replacement without any hassle. I had to leave a review for the great customer service.
They are awesome.They not only have looked at my cars and made recommendations, and worked on almost anything we give them. You guys really help us through that insurance claim with our Mercedes. Other stuff with my cars and my friends cars. In fact one of my best friends had used them for over 15 yrs or so. They've revolt his jeeps when they werent running. They were reliable and honest. i'm about to bring them another car this next week. They just don't know it yet. See you guys soon. Thanks guys!
