I can't be more grateful that I am today. I had to get a lot done to my car before it really got a lot worse and more costly. My car sounds like when I first bought it used 7 years ago. Though more things need to be done but my trust is 100%. Very rare these days.
I brought my car here to get a diagnostic done and I was informed I needed motor mounts which I knew about and was informed I needed a battery, I paid $147 for this and went home and repaired what they said was wrong, guess what car still feels the same and has same issue.. so now I'm out 147 and 230 for a battery and 450 for mounts... Brought my car for a battery change on Saturday 03/15 and paid a lot of money for a simple service, yet their employees found it okay to reach in the padded console and steal my bottle of bleu channel perfume, extremely petty and unprofessional.
