I laughed when I came across his reviews. It’s obviously all the good reviews are written by him (or somebody else because his English is not that good )the negative review reviews are a little more realistic, I work for Shady Ed a A while back, doing some mechanical work, totally unethical, he was more interested in my ability to roll back odometers and disconnect check engine lights, he also kept telling me that he has all of his customers credit card numbers, and I could get a credit card account under my name and he coul... read more
Unorganized, unprofessional and rude. Dealt with Ed initially to bring my truck in for repair at an agreed time. Arrived there only to be met with no one there. Waited 40 min because they were “coming from their other shop” called multiple times to ask for instructions. Who I can only assume is the wife, a woman answered explaining details that did not match Ed’s and when we had questions and explained to her what Ed told us started arguing with us Back and forth on the phone.
