Simple and easy process to get the car, I worked with Elder, and everything was straightforward.
Do not buy a vehicle from here. Customer service is top tier bad and once you have purchased your vehicle your salesman is never available along with the receptionist hung up in my face!.. I hate I bought my truck from these people and will pay this truck off as fast as possible so I don't have to see or talk to these people. The guy I spoke too needs hands and feet put on him!
Terrible experience with this place, I bought a car here and just after the first payment (A month and a half later) I had to take my car to the mechanic to repair a valve cover just to start off, and of course as you buy it "AS IS" condition you are stuck with the problem, agree with most of the reviews, I regret not looking at them earlier...
Explain to me how a 40k vehicle with 7k down is 950$ a month for 60 months, also tried adding 5k in dealership add ons
If I could give zero stars to Pacific Coast Auto, I would. I purchased a vehicle through CarGurus—which, by the way, was absolutely amazing to work with. This review in no way reflects on them. I’ve already made them aware of the situation with this dealership, and I would definitely do business with CarGurus again. That said, Pacific Coast Auto was terrible from start to finish.
