Couldn't even get a call back. I bought a 2020 Promaster that didn't come with a key fob, only a key. Paid 30k for this van and they wouldn't call me back or my business partner. I just wanted to know how to fix it. It wouldn't start so roadside assistance showed up and tell me he needs the key fob to reset the van. Elder was cordial, knowledgeable, and worked with us throughout the whole process. He truly made the process a good experience, unlike the dreaded negotiation process that takes place at dealerships. The vehicle I bought was exactly as advertised, no surprises.
Run!! Do not go to Any STG auto group! Or pacific auto centers or Stg groups, they are never honest with their list price, there's bogus add ons costs like GPS when it already has GPS, what a scam!! AGAIN, RUN !! RUN AWAY FROM PACIFIC AUTOS AND STG AUTOS!!!
