Had a great experience with Pacific Auto today. I’ve been looking for a reliable place for my Jeep and these guys really know their 4WDs. The workshop is very clean and they’ve got all the right gear. What I liked was that they weren’t just pushing one brand—I saw all sorts of 4x4s in there, like Toyotas and Fords, plus some nice sedans. Never come back again. I asked them to do service for under arm wheels. Nothing else. They replaced my full synthetic oil that only been used for 2k with semi synthetic and yelled at me. You asked us to do service. Well, you else mentioned that wouldn't do anything to my car before gave me quotation. Edit: After a year I have got a response from the owner, what kind of solution do you propose? I paid the invoice in full a year ago
