When I first came here, they gave me a good deal on connecting my amp, power, and Pack module. I wasted 3 days, because they took other customers ahead of me. On the fourth day, finally started connecting my sounds but could not make it work and they didn’t honor what they told me the 1st time. The people at Pacific Audio did an outstanding job fixing my electrical issues on my 2019 Roadglide. When I call them they was willing to see me without an appointment. Awesome!
These guys absolutely made my day. I could not be happier with the service in store. Everyone was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I went in with a list of everything I thought I needed, and turned out I was missing some critical things on that list. They recognized that and talked with me about my installation plan and got me everything I needed. By far the best customer service ive experienced period.
