We had a birthday party and Melissa and Jon did a Glass Fusion class for a group of 7 of us. They were very knowledgeable, and their wonderful hospitality helped us with designing our projects. They had plenty of supplies and our group were beginners everyone enjoyed themselves. The workspace was great. They were very communicative from the beginning and the birthday girl enjoyed the day which was the most important.
literally the worst "customer service" I have ever encountered dealing with any glass company let alone any other company, ever. no one ever answers the phone and their voicemail boxes are full. sometimes the phone number listed for them doesn't work at all. the phone number listed on their official website is a literal scam to a third party promotion company. when the owner finally answered the phone one random time, he yelled at me about how many children he has to excuse not taking calls. they do not respond to emails, ei... read more
Great variety and always helpful people
Very good company. Liked the service they provided. I would recommend this company to anybody in the future.
My favorite place to get glass! The family who runs it is really sweet, and the prices are great. I always leave with way more than I need!
