Professional staff 24/7. After awaking at 1 am with my 17 year old dog needing emergency care, I drove there all the way from Hollister. They took me right in and administered care to her. They were so very kind and compassionate to her as well as to me after a very difficult decisions had to be made. Highly recommend this place. Staff is so very talented and kind.
That was a horrible experience. The staff and doctors were great, but on top of a 185 dollar basic exam fee, they also charge around 200-400 dollars for every basic rudimentary exam. I had to wait 3 and a half hours to see my cat again. My cat also freaked out and got her claws bloody during whatever exam or treatment they were doing. Im not claiming it was the doctors fault in any capacity, but going here made my cat traumatized and worse than going in and now I have a 240 dollar hole in my pocket. I would just like to start out to say thank you for all the patience and help that I received at the office when I was checking in. I was already overwhelmed and as a senior I so appreciate it. The care from the staff was great and we are hoping for good outcome for our kitty Penelope. Thank you❣️
They took my boy back right away and got back to me very quickly with the status of my cat with a plan of action.
