We needed a motor replaced in our ductless heat pump. The technicians were friendly and on time. There was a complication with the repair, however, April (office) and Matt (tech) went above and beyond to fix the problem. Thank you for taking such great care of us!
They installed my gas fireplace insert five years ago. They don't work on them now if they aren't working properly.
I'm not real thrilled with Pacific Air Comfort. My homes previous owner had them install a complete new HVAC system in my home so I thought I would use them to install a mini-split HVAC system in my detached garage.
