We drove five hundred miles to see a place one of their agents was showing in Palm Springs. Our agent reconfirmed the appointment twice beforehand. We arrived at the appointed time and waited for an hour. When our agent called the realtor, Bañuelos, he said he was on his way but never showed up. If he didn’t want to show it, he should have said so and saved us the trouble. The owner should know we thought the house looks beautiful from the outside and we wish we could have toured it.
