This Building is extremely mismanaged although the individual apartments are nice. The management company never notifies the tenants about work in the building or when the water will be turned off!! Over new years the water was barely coming out for 4 days with no fix. They call this building luxury but there is nothing luxurious about it. I highly recommend looking anywhere else. I have moved in here about 5 months ago. When I first came to look at the building I thought this is nice, small for the price but I could work with it. Well it all went downhill from there. The biggest problem is management. As usual. When we first moved in the gym was closed for at least a month because they couldn't trust their own tenants. their were cigarette marks in the bench in the gym. Lets fast forwarded to now .
