I found Dr. Pachelli to be excellent. Quickly diagnosed my shoulder problem, and set up a treatment plan. He is easy going with a good sense of humor. But more importantly, he knows his stuff. I'm confused about the few negative comments here.
Quite possibly the most useless appointment I’ve ever had. His nurses told me more about my recent knee pain then he did. He spoke to me for a maximum of 5-6 minutes in which time he diagnosed me with “left knee pain” and gave me a brace. My primary care doctor read the X-rays and gave me more information than he did. Don’t bother going to this doctor.
Dr Pachelli did arthroscopic surgery on my rotator cuff 7 years ago. He did a great job and now I have torn my left one and will be having him do the surgery in two weeks.
Dr. Pachelli performed rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder three years ago. He did a great job. I’m an avid athlete playing competitive softball and volleyball as an adult . I had a very long recovery as the rotator cuff could not be repaired orthopedically.... it was completely torn. 2 years later I was able to start playing the sports I loved again . I went in today for knee pain that I've had for around 4 months but has gradually gotten worse. I can't take the pain! I was seen by Dr. Pachelli, he took one look at me as he walked in and right then decided not to help me and just judge my weight! He said I needed to lose weight and that is why my knee hurts!! That is a separate issue and if he had taken more than 2 minutes to examine me and ask a few questions, he'd know that I do exercise regularly and have a health issue that causes me not to lose weight!
