Love this place! I have been taking my cat Pebbles here from day one. Dr. Gay is honest, thorough and really knows his stuff. He loves his animals and their owners as well. My Pebbles is now thirteen and couldn't be healthier. Even though I live a distance away, I would never consider taking my pets to anyone else. Well worth the trip!
Always a great experience. I have a cat with several ailments and they always take great care of her. The staff are friendly people and Dr. Gay always tells it how it is. My families been taking our pets here for 30+ years, and will continue to for the forseeable future. Thank you Pachaug Animal Hospital for being so great!
Dr Gay and all of the staff are fantastic and always friendly. We have been taking all of our cats and dogs there for years, wouldn't go anywhere else. 😊
what an excellent place, the people and doctor are so wonderful and caring, they helped me thought a lot, and i mean a lot, i would never go to any other vet unless they sent me to a specializes, i have used them for three dogs in a row, i love them xoxo
Have been going there for 15 years. They have taken excellent care of my dogs. Their prices are very reasonable and they truly care about our pets.

I would just like to thank Dr. Poettgen for saving my min pins eyesight in her right eye by giving her exactly what she needed for her ulcerated cornea...we can't thank her enough!!! <3
Dr Gay and staff are always kind,helpful, and supportive thru the good and the not so good. Thankful to have a place so dedicated this close to home.
