Builds a great home, but they have two speeds when it comes to getting seasonal work done; slower and stop. I've never seen such slow seasonal work done and I've live in two new neighbourhoods. Been living in our home since March and it's end of August and we don't even have rough grading approval yet. Seems that we won't even be able to complete our landscaping this year due to Pacesetters slow moving seasonal department.
