Ground works just qoted over $5,000 to stabalize the driveway. Our concrete is disintegrating. Have a look. The neibours two streets down caved in so bad they needed a complete re-pour just to list. Already replaced my sidewalk. At my own expense. We asked for help a shovel spare dirt maybe a ½ cube of concret from a local pour... nothing. This is at the bottom after living here since last may. So they basically knew the landscaping graded towards the house not away. 6" below the parging. That's the moisture barrier outside ... read more
