I had the pleasure of working with the representative, Zee Akbar when assisting my clients with the purchase of a new build from PaceSetter Homes. The process was exceptionally smooth, all items were taken care of as scheduled, and Zee was always readily available to communicate and answer any questions we had! I highly recommend speaking to Zee if you are looking for a new build home from Pacesetter. Or to me if you want to look at various home options ;)
I took possession a little over a year ago and here is my overall experience. Initial experience is going to be positive as they are sales people and they will do what they can to get you to sign. Building experience was ok, always expect it to take longer than they quote you. Make sure you go over the details of your plans and make sure it is the way you want.
